In this microscope a dovetailed cast iron carriage slides on a heavy cast iron base.
Product Overview
In the carriage a locking arrangement is provided to arrest coarse motion when fine motion screw is used. By successively locking and unlocking, motion in the total traverse can be provided by the slow motion screw. Two holes are provided with clamping screws to hold the microscope in either vertical or horizontal plane.
