Evaluating the designed circuit for its intended performance is an important criterion. In order to facilitate the above requirement, the Electronic Design Experimenter is designed. This instrument has facilities to conduct the same.
Features and Details
- Graphical Utility Interface (GUI) functions are supported, when software is installed.
- Necessary patch cord panel is supplied from which all the TTL lines from the IBM computer are accessible for interface function experiments.
- 96 TTL/DTL Digital I/O lines, using industry standard 8255 PPI
- No need to have buffers circuit of Address bus, Data bus or control bus, from computer to digital trainer or make decode circuitry for Input Output functions. Invoking Input output functions could directly access the system.
- Plugs into IBM PC/XT/AT Bus or compatibles.
- Unidirectional, bi-directional strobed I/O.
- Direct interface to wide range of peripherals.
- Programmable in High-Level languages like BASIC, TURBO PASCAL, C, VISUAL BASIC etc.
- Programmable even in language like Microsoft Assembler (MASM).
- All 8255s are connected through buffers to PC BUS.
- Jumper selectable I/O addresses.
