A simple device for the rapid qualitative examination of composition of emission and absorption spectra.
Product Overview
It has the principle components collimator, prism and telescope, all arranged along the same straight tube. Comprises a plated brass pipe with adjustable slit at one end for adjusting the inside amount of light entering inside, and a drawtube at the other end having eyepiece. The drawtube can be slid along its length for sharp focusing of the spectrum and is fitted with a multi-element prism causing appreciable dispersion of light without deviation.
