Comprising a double walled upper cylindrical boiling vessel with a steam jacketed inner tube, mounted on a stem boiler. A lid with a tubule is provided at the top, which holds thermometer under test through a holed rubber bung mounted in the tubule. Fitted with a side outlet draining tube and a glass manometric tube
