Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solid from solids, liquid from solids and for gradation of materials as per particle size.

Vibration is generated in 3 different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.

25 L, 50 L and 100 L RMG are not provided with working platform and railings. As for 600 L and 800 L RMG models platform and railings are made to suit floor plan at the user's end.

It is an attachment to the existing coating pan and most suitable for the rapid and uniform coating of tablets, granules and pallets.

The system consists of a Stainless steel 316 quality pressure vessel provided with SS jacket with electric heaters and thermostat control and provided with safety valve, pneumatic motor with stirrer fitted on the top of the vessel.

Two nos. spray guns are mounted on a portable SS stand. The spray nozzles are operated with the help of a pneumatic cylinder connected with digital timer and solenoid valves programmed for a sequential spray. The guns can be tilted at any desired angle.

The vessel is filled with the coating solution and pressurized with oil/moisture free compressed air to get uniform atomized conical spray over the tablet bed inside the coating pan.

Capacity : 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 / 150 ltrs.
