Based on the above table, approximate Sea and Air freight for 100,000 test tubes in size 10x75mm (which equals approximately 900kgs or 3CBM) to Los Angeles ( USA ) would be:
Air Freight - US$3.25x900kgs = US$2925.00
Sea Freight - US$97.50x3CBM = US$292.50

Business Terms :
Prices :
All price quotations are strictly Ex-works and are subject to shipping and handling charges. All prices are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change any time without prior notification. All price quotations are inclusive of all taxes, if any.
Payments :
All payments are payable 100% in advance through TT or Wire Transfer in our bank account. An irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) may be established by the buyer for orders above US$10,000 only.
Shipping charges :
FOB: Quotations or Pro-forma invoices submitted on FOB basis are, unless otherwise specified, for delivery to shipper's warehouse. We reserve the right to charge extra for deliveries to docks.
C&F :
Quotations or Pro-forma invoices submitted on a C&F basis include all costs as for FOB offers plus dispatch charges which include customs entry, Bill of Lading, shipper's fees and freight costs to the specified destination port of buyer.
CIF :
Quotations or Pro-forma invoices submitted on a CIF basis include all costs as for C&F offers plus insurance of the goods to the specified destination port of buyer.
Minimum Order :
Minimum acceptable order is for not less than US$ 1000 otherwise an additional US$100 will be charged towards less than minimum order processing charges.
Breakage :
Our export worthy packaging ensures that there is minimal transit breakage and our pricing already allows for up to 10% breakage. In practice, most of our shipments arrive intact.
Returns :
For the safety purposes of yours and ours, lab glass items cannot be returned for any reason. It would be prohibitively expensive to test for bacteriological, chemical or radiological agents in the returned glass items since there is no way to tell if glass has been contaminated just by looking at it. We would have to throw it away even if you claim to never have opened the package.
