EU opti-seal (LSE)

Description:
This disposable,adhesive seat provides the best seating option of EU plates.The EU opti-seal is non - pierceable, but can be easily removed after the PCR reaction is performed . A pressure applied by the heated lid of aq thermal cycler ,& is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling .EU opti-seal has excellent optical properties & is therefore a good choice for Real - Timer PCR applications.

EU Alu-seal (LSE)

Description:
This disposable,adhesive aluminised seal provides a good sealing option for EU plates . EU Alu-seal is pierceable & siuted for cold storage after the PCR reaction. A pressure applied by the heated lid of a thermal cycler, is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling.

EU skirted 384 Wells Plate (LSE)

Description:
This full-skirted 384 wells EU plate is fully optimized for robotic applications ,and allows for high throughput ,low-volume processing can be used in many 384-wells blocks regular and Real-Time thermal cyclersee tables on pages 52.Closure can be accomplished with one of the EU Bio-seals (157399,757200).

EU sub-skirted 96x0.2 M1 plate (LSE)

Description:
This EU-96 well plates are meant for use in any appliace biosystems regular or real timer PCR timer cycler(see tables on page 52) . They have a very rigid ,extra stabilised frame and an elevated skirt.They are suited for both automatic loading as well as robotic handling. To improve real-timer PCR signal yields ,all tubes in this 96-well plate design are frosted. Clouser can be accomplished with EU optical ,flat cap, thin wall ,8 cap strips (879701), with the EU optical ,semdone 8-cap.

Description:
This EU-96 plates have a very rigid ,extra stabilised frameand a semi skirt that makes them suited for robotic handling. They are very uniform in size and extremely flat . The evaporation grades are in between 3 and 4% depending on the means of the clousre.It can be used in many 0.2 ml block regular and real-timer thermal cycler .Clousre can be accomplished with EU-optical ,semi-dome 8-cap strips (c79701),or with one of the EU Bio-seals(157300,157200)
